TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.IndiePubGames.com and follow the directions provided to create a unique username (or log-in if previously registered), and complete and submit the official entry form to receive one (1) entry for the drawing for that Monthly Period and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Registration is free. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the end date set forth above for each Monthly Period to be eligible for the corresponding monthly drawing. The Grand Prize drawing will include all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2010. Limit one (1) entry per person, per username, per email address and per household per day. A day is understood to begin at 12:00:01 PM EST end at 11:59 PM EST. Multiple entries received from any one person, e-mail address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION: Monthly Period Drawings: A random drawing will be conducted for each Monthly Period on or about the dates specified in the chart above to choose one (1) potential Monthly Period winner from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing (for a total of four (4) potential Monthly Period winners). The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries from one Monthly Period will not carry over into subsequent Monthly Periods and all entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period will carry over into the Grand Prize drawing. If an eligible Canadian entrant is selected as a potential winner, he/she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time before being declared a winner. Failure to correctly answer the required skill-testing question within the specified period will result in the disqualification of the selected potential winner and, at Sponsor’s discretion, another potential winner may be randomly selected. Limit one (1) Monthly Period prize per person and per household.

Grand Prize Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 15, 2010 to choose one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of being selected as the potential Grand Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone and/or e-mail. Potential Grand Prize winner will, and potential Monthly Period winners may, be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility (or, if a resident of Canada, a Declaration), a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within 7 days of date of issuance of notification. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing at issue, at Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion. If winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein and must accompany such winner on trip as his/her guest.

PRIZES (5): Grand Prize (1): A 46� 3D LED HDTV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV�): USD $2,499.99. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole direction. Monthly Period Prizes (4) (One (1) for each Monthly Period Drawing): A 16GB WiFi Apple iPad. ARV: USD $499 each. A service or data plan is not included with Monthly Prizes. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are awarded “as is� with no warranty (except the Manufacturer’s Warranty) or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, inaccurate, misdirected, illegible, damaged, delayed, undelivered or garbled entries or for lost or stolen usernames; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical, telephonic, electronic or network relating to or in connection with this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor/Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.
